This page is for condo owners or residents accessing their condo's website for the first time.

You should have received a welcome letter or email from your property manager (see example to the right). If you do not have a welcome letter or email, contact your property manager.

To access the website for the first time:

1. Enter your temporary password from the letter.
2. Enter your unit number.
3. Select whether you want to still receive paper documents (you can also change this later).
4. Click the Get Started button.

Then follow the on-screen instructions.
